软式内镜是贵重精密设备,使用频率高,操作人员多,洗消程序复杂,一旦发生故障,将导致内镜诊疗中断。为加强软式内镜管理,降低故障发生,通过对科室5年来软式内镜的维修数据进行统计分析,讨论常见故障及其发生原因,分析相关防范措施,对软式内镜使用安全的质量控制进行探讨。

Flexible endoscope is a kind of precious and precise equipment with high frequency of use,it has many operators and complex washing and elimination procedures,in case of failure,endoscopic diagnosis and treatment will be interrupted.In order to strengthen the management of soft endoscope and reduce the occurrence of faults,through the statistical analysis of the maintenance data of flexible endoscopes in the past five years,we discuss the common failures and their causes,analyze the relevant preventive measures,and discuss the quality control of the use safety of flexible endoscopes.
