安徽省城镇老年人非致死意外伤害现况与经济负担分析

Current situation and economic burden analysis of non-lethal accidental injury of elderly people in towns of Anhui province

目的:分析安徽省城镇老年人的非致死意外伤害现况与经济负担。方法:在安徽省12个区(县)中抽取1230名老年人,利用自制问卷调查老年人发生意外伤害的情况。结果:老年人群伤害发生率为6.3%,伤害发生最主要原因是跌落;主要伤害类型有骨折、拉伤/扭伤、挫伤/擦伤;家中是伤害发生最主要的地点。自行处理伤害后所花费的医疗费用为(650.23±100.12)元,就诊但未住院的医疗费用为(1130.34±200.15)元,住院治疗的医疗费用为(9565.55±500.23)元。结论:老年群体最为常见的伤害类型为跌落,就诊与住院治疗所产生的医疗费用是相对沉重的经济负担。

Objective:To analyze the non-death accident injury status and economic burden of elderly people in towns of Anhui province.Methods:From 12 districts(counties)in Anhui province,1230 elderly people were selected and self-made questionnaires were used to investigate the incidence of accidental injury in the elderly.Results:The incidence of injury in the elderly population was 6.3%,the main cause of injury was falling;The main types of injury were fracture,strain/sprain,contusion/bruise;Home was the main location where the injury happened.Medical expenses incurred after self-handling of the injury were($650.23±100.12),medical expenses($1130.34±200.15)for medical treatment without hospitalization,the cost of medical treatment for hospitalization was($9565.55±500.23).Conclusion:The most common type of injury in the elderly group is falling and the medical expenses caused by medical treatment and hospitalization are relatively heavy financial burden.
