摘要
应用HYSYS动态模拟软件建立某LNG接收站装船系统动态模型,研究下游切断阀关闭时装船系统不同位置操作压力、质量流量等主要操作参数的动态响应趋势,并定量计算不同安全阀喉径面积对装船系统超压保护效果的影响。分析表明:动态模拟方法能够准确模拟切断阀故障关闭状态下装船系统工艺参数随其他扰动因素的变化特性,并可用于安全阀喉径面积的准确选型。
This paper establishes the dynamic model of the ship loading system at a certain LNG terminal by using dynamic simulation software HYSYS,and studies the dynamic response trend of main operating parameters such as operating pressure and mass flow rate at different locations of the ship loading system in case of downstream shutoff valve shutting off.In addition,the effect of different throat areas of the safety valve on over-pressure protection of the ship loading system is quantitatively calculated.The analysis shows that the dynamic simulation can accurately simulate the changing characteristics of the process parameters of the ship loading system with other disturbance factors in case of shutoff valve shutting off due to failure,and can be used for accurate selection of safety valve throat area.
