俄标大型立式圆形卷制储罐罐体安装工艺

摘要 俄标大型立式储罐的壁板和底板是分段预制后卷制成筒运输到现场的,为解决预制罐壁板和底板安装时易造成的安全隐患,对其展开工艺进行了改进。结合哈萨克斯坦PKOP炼油厂除盐水罐安装实例,分析了其工程概况及工艺难点;重点阐述了罐体结构形式、罐底板和罐壁板展开及安装工艺;对罐底中幅板的展开方法和调形措施,罐壁板的翻转、展开、合拢工艺、调形措施及焊接要求进行了详细论述。改进后的安装工艺降低了施工成本,应用安全、可靠,提高了工作效率。 The wall plates and bottom plates of Russian standard large vertical storage tank are segmentally prefabricated and coiled into several rolls then transported to the site.In order to solve the potential safety hazard in installing the wall and bottom plates,the coiled roll spreading process is improved.In combination with the installation of the desalination water tank of PKOP refinery in Kazakhstan,the project general situation and the technical difficulty are analyzed;The tank structure form,the spreading and installation process of the tank bottom and wall plates are emphatically described.The spreading method and the shape adjustment measure of the bottom central plates,as well as the turning,spreading,folding process,shape adjustment and welding requirements of the tank wall plates are discussed in detail.The improved installation process reduces the construction cost,is safe and reliable,and improves the working efficiency.
