搭设框架平台及使用牵引技术更换大型换热器

摘要 2019年独山子石化公司100万t/a乙烯装置大检修工程,需要更换高框架内大型换热器E3018,传统的施工方法耗时耗物。介绍一种新型施工方法,即搭设框架作业平台及使用牵引技术更换换热器。对作业平台支撑钢架的制作和安装进行了说明,并对作业平台的搭设及牵引轨道的铺设等整个施工流程进行了详细论述。应用此方法缩短了工期、节约了成本、提高了工作效率、降低了安全风险,可为以后类似工程施工提供借鉴。 In the overhaul project of the 1 million tons/year ethylene unit of Dushanzi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.in 2019,the large heat exchanger E3018 in a large-rack needs to be replaced.The traditional construction method is material and time consuming.In this paper,a new construction method is introduced,that is,constructing a frame platform and using dragging technique to replace the heat exchanger.The construction and installation of the supporting steel frame of the operation platform are described,and the whole construction process such as constructing the operation platform and laying the dragging tracks is discussed in detail.By adopting the method,the construction period is shortened,the cost is saved,the working efficiency is improved and the safety risk is reduced.And the reference can be provided for later similar projects.
