本文对有机半导体器件领域相关的IPC及CPC分类体系进行了比较和分析,通过实际文献案例阐述了两者之间分类规则的异同,并通过实际检索案例分析了CPC分类号在有机半导体器件领域的优势。合理、灵活地运用CPC分类号,能够降低噪音、提高检索效率。

In this paper,characters of IPC classifi cation system and CPC classifi cation system in the fi eld of organic semiconductor devices are compared and analyzed.The diff erences between rules of these systems are discussed through a real case.Advantages of CPC classifi cation system in this fi eld of power semiconductor devices are analyzed through cases of retrieval.It could reduce noise and improve retrieval effi ciency when applying CPC classifi cation system reasonably and fl exibly.
