摘要 随着配电网的快速发展,分布式电源和需求侧响应技术正逐步由输电网向配电网转移。提出了一种含电价型需求侧响应的配电网的优化调度方法。首先构建了电价型需求侧响应的负荷转移模型,以实现需求侧响应执行后的负荷转移;其次,构建了运行成本最小的配电网的调度模型,该模型包括分布式电源的运行成本、与主网的功率交换费用,并将储能设备充放电状态引入约束;最后,采用CPLEX求解器对模型求解。仿真结果表明,需求侧响应技术和储能设备能提升分布式电源的消纳能力,降低配电网的调度运行成本,优化了负荷特性。 With the rapid development of distribution networks,distributed generation(DG)and demand-side response technologies are gradually shifting from the transmission grid to the distribution network.This paper proposes an optimal scheduling method for the distribution network based on demand-side response(DR)with electricity price.Firstly,a load transfer model of the demand-side response with electricity price is established to realize the load transfer after implementing DR.Then a scheduling model of the distribution network with the minimum cost is constructed,including the operating costs of DG,the costs in power exchange with the main grid and introducing the charge-discharge state of energy storage device into the constraints.Finally,the model is solved by CPLEX.The simulation results show that the DR and the energy storage device can improve the integration of DG,reduce the dispatching operation cost and optimizing the load characteristics.
