摘要
建立高准确率、智能化的机载实时诊断模型是提高武器装备系统可靠性和安全性的核心问题,针对目前已有诊断模型开发方法的局限性,提出了新的机载诊断模型开发方法。采用图形化建模方法,以系统或机载设备数据为基础,说明了模型开发的数据准备、系统模型提取、故障特征矩阵构建、诊断推理等方面的实现过程,并以某装备燃油箱的诊断模型开发过程和诊断结果为例,验证了基于系统数据分析的机载实时诊断模型的高检测率、高隔离率和准确率。
The establishment of accurate and intelligent real-time onboard diagnostic models is essential for improving the reliability and safety of weapon system.Aiming at the limitations of the existing diagnostic model development methods a new method for developing the onboard diagnostic models is proposed.By use of the graphical modelling approach and based on the data of the system or onboard equipment the implementation procedures for the model development are introduced including data preparation system model extraction fault characteristic matrix construction and diagnosis reasoning.Taking the model development process and diagnosis results of a certain type of fuel tank as an example it is verified that the real-time onboard diagnostic model based on system data analysis has high detection rate high isolation rate and high accuracy.
