摘要 光学相控阵技术具有扫描速度快、扫描精度高以及灵敏度高等优点,但是栅瓣的存在很大程度上限制了它的特性。提出了一种优化的不等间距方法,用于光学相控阵的光束扫描控制,分析了不等元素间距的光学相控阵对栅瓣抑制的影响,其中,通过改进的粒子群优化算法优化相邻元素的间距,得到最小峰值旁瓣电平。对一维光学相控阵进行数据模拟,仿真结果表明,采用改进的粒子群优化算法优化元素分布可以很好地抑制栅瓣,峰值旁瓣电平(PSLL)可以降低至0.2以下。 Optical phased array technology has the advantages of fast scanning speed high scanning precision and high sensitivity but the existence of grating lobes largely limits its characteristics.An optimized unequal spacing method is proposed for beam scanning control of optical phased arrays.The effects of optical phased arrays with unequal element spacing on grating lobe suppression are analyzed.The minimum Peak Side-Lobe Level(PSLL)is obtained by optimizing the spacing of adjacent elements by an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.The data simulation of the one-dimensional optical phased array shows that optimizing the element distribution with the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm can suppress the grating lobes well,and the PSLL can be as low as 0.2 or less.
