综合护理干预对癫痫患儿发作次数和生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on frequency of epileptic seizure and quality of life of children with epilepsy

目的探讨综合护理干预对癫痫患儿发作次数和生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年7月至2018年10月于本院接受治疗的癫痫患儿108例,随机分为观察组和对照组各54例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。对比两组患儿住院时间、癫痫发作次数与护理前后的生活质量。结果观察组患儿住院时间比对照组短,随访期间每周癫痫发作次数比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月结束时,观察组患儿躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对癫痫患儿的临床效果显著,能有效减少癫痫发作次数,提高患儿生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on frequency of epileptic seizure and quality of life of children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 108 children with epilepsy who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to October 2018 were divided into observation group and control group randomly,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The hospitalization time,frequency of epileptic seizureand quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the frequency of epileptic seizure per week during the follow-up periodwas less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of the follow-up for 3 months,the scores of physical function and psychological function,social function and material life of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant clinical effect on children with epilepsy.It can effectively reduce the frequency of epileptic seizure and improve the quality of life of children with epilepsy.
