学前教育专业学业成就评价:理论模型与实践路径——基于智慧型教师养成的视角

Academic Achievement Evaluation of Pre-school Students in Universities: Theoretical Model and Practical Path——Based on the Perspective of Wisdom Teachers

摘要 高校学前教育专业学生是幼儿教师的源头活水。基于智慧型教师养成对学生学业成就评价予以探索,在理论层面,提出了智慧型教师养成的“贯通式”评价理念,“四维一体”评价目标,评价“四主体”,“动静结合”评价内容,“六项目”评价方式;在实践层面,激发学生内生动力,使评价目标扎根课程,凸显学生评价主体,探索学习过程评价,尝试基于学生成长的质性评价,课堂呈现出了前所未有的生机和活力。 The preschool education students in universities are the source of the preschool teachers.Evaluation of students'academic achievement is explored based on the development of wisdom teachers.at the theoretical level,the"penetrating"evaluation idea,the"four-dimensional integrated"evaluation goal,the"four subjects"evaluation,"dynamic and static combination"evaluation content and"six projects"evaluation method about wisdom teachers cultivation is put forward.At the practical level,it students'internal motivation has been stimulated.Evaluation goals have been made to take root in the curriculum,students'evaluation subjects have been highlighted,the evaluation of learning processes have been explored,and qualitative evaluation based on student growth has been implemented.The classroom has taken on unprecedented vitality.
