摘要 通过对冶炼钢水纯净度的现状分析,结合生产过程的各控制环节,在EAF-LF-VD-CC工艺流程下,制定出了提高高压气瓶用钢纯净度的工艺优化措施:包括加强脱氧及防止钢水的二次氧化、延长高真空处理时间和弱搅拌时间、完善钙处理工艺等,有效地提高了高压气瓶用钢的纯净度水平,夹杂物评级≤1.5级的比例提高为99.05%,较之前提高1.78%,实现了夹杂物评级不合为0的目标。 The optimization methods for improving the high-pressure gas cylinder steel purity in the EAF-LF-VD-CC process flow are formulated based on the current status of steel purity analysis and various production process control. The main optimal control methods include increasing deoxidation,preventing secondary oxidation, prolonging the time of high vacuum treatment and weak mixing and improving the process of calcium treatment in procedures of secondary refining, continuous casting, refractory material et al. The high-pressure gas cylinder steel purity level is greatly improved. The proportion of grades less than 1.5 is increased to 99.05%, resulting in the achievement of an unqualified inclusion rating of 0.
