摘要
天铁热轧复吹转炉的底吹供气系统由于供气强度小、易堵塞、寿命短等因素,复吹的优势不能充分发挥。为了改善底吹供气系统的冶金效果和使用寿命,把毛细管式供气元件改造成环缝式底吹枪,并提升了底吹系统的供气强度。经过实践,基本实现了底吹系统与炉衬寿命同步的目标,改善了冶金效果,找到了维护底吹系统的有效措施。
The bottom blowing gas supply system of the hot rolling converter is easy to be blocked,due to the low gas supply strength and short service life, The advantages of composite blowing cannot be given full play. In order to improve the metallurgical effect and service life of bottom blowing gas supply system, The capillary gas supply element is transformed into a circular bottom gun, The gas supply strength of the bottom blowing system is also increased. Through practice, the goal of synchronizing the bottom blowing system with the lining life is basically realized, the metallurgical effect was improved,the effective measures to maintain to maintain the bottom blowing are found.
