热轧工艺润滑技术的发展与应用

Development and application of lubrication technology in hot rolling process

热轧工艺润滑技术因具有明显的提高轧机生产效率、改善轧件表面质量和组织性能、延长轧辊使用寿命等特点而在板带钢生产中得到日益广泛的应用。概述了传统的热轧工艺润滑方法的基本原理及其存在的缺点;介绍了新型热轧工艺润滑技术在供油系统、切水板密封效果、喷油的控制方式、分段润滑技术、喷嘴在线吹扫等方面的研究现状与实际应用情况,建议加强国产润滑油的生产标准及评定标准、热轧油使用技术、高速钢轧辊工艺润滑及型钢轧制工艺润滑等方面的研究,不断提高热轧工艺润滑技术的研究和使用水平。

Because hot rolling lubrication technology is characterized of increasing production efficiency, improving surface quality, microstructure and mechanical property and prolonging the working life of rollers, so it is widely used in hot rolling sheet and strip. The basic principle and shortcoming of traditional hot rolling lubrication technology were summarized in this paper. The recent research on lubricant supply system, sealing effect of wiper, control mode of lubricant injection, section lubrication, sweeping nozzle online and actual application were reviewed. For the improvement of research and application of hot rolling lubrication technology, study on production standard and estimate criterion of domestic lubricant, application technology, lubrication of high speed steel rollers and sectional steels should be emphasized.
