摘要 在我国经济体系当中,钢铁工业属于一项基础性产业。在我国工业化进程不断深化的过程中,我国各个行业对钢铁的需求都非常大,相应的,钢铁工业的发展和我国其他行业的发展也息息相关,但作为一个高耗能产业,社会需求的增加也一定会加剧耗能问题,从而使我国社会面临着更严峻的环境污染问题。另外,随着社会文明的进步,在当前时代,绿色发展、生态文明建设已成为产业发展的大势所趋,节能减排方针是各个行业发展的指导方针。十二五时期,我国针对钢铁工业的节能问题提出了具体指标,所以,如何利用有效的节能技术来控制钢铁冶炼的耗能问题,这是应得到所有钢铁领域从业人员重视的问题。 In China’s economic system, iron and steel industry is a basic industry. In the process of China’s deepening industrialization, the demand for iron and steel in various industries is very large.Accordingly, the development of iron and steel industry is closely related to the development of other industries in China. However, as a high e nergy consuming industry, the increase of social demand will certainly aggravate the problem of energy consumption, which makes our society face more severe environmental pollution. In addition, with the progress of social civilization, in the current era, green development and ecological civilization construction have become the general trend of industrial development, and energy conservation and emission reduction policy is the guiding principle for the development of various industries. During the 12 th Five Year Plan period, China put forward specific indicators for the energy conservation of the iron and steel industry. Therefore, how to use effective energy-saving technology to contro l the energy consumption of iron and steel smelting should be paid attention to by all practitioners in the field of iron and steel.
