浅谈“现代学徒制”人才培养模式的运行

随着我国高等职业教育的发展,如何才能够培养出适应社会需求的应用性高素质人才",现代学徒制"人才培养模式势在必行。本文从所属行业出发,对学校与企业联合培养的"现代学徒制"人才培养模式进行了初步探讨,在总结其效果的基础上发现问题,以待进一步完善。

With evolution of higher vocational education in our country,the way to train applied high-quality talents who match the requirement of society,the "Modern Apprenticeship" has been the personnel training mode which stands in an important position.This paper starts from our own industry,launch primary discussion about "Modern Apprenticeship" personnel training mode co-found by schools and firms,find problems base on conclusion of its effect,to be further improvement.
