复合微生物菌剂对土壤改良及切花玫瑰产质量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为复合微生物菌剂在设施土壤次生盐渍化改良上的应用提供科学依据,采用设施大棚栽培试验方法,研究自制复合微生物菌剂对次生盐渍化土壤改良及切花玫瑰产质量的影响。结果表明:在3个处理中,施用80 L/667m^2复合微生物菌剂+1000 kg有机肥+常规施肥减20%的效果最好,pH及土壤电导率(EC)降低,分别为6.92和0.88 ms/cm;土壤养分含量、微生物多样性及数量提高,速效钾、速效磷和碱解氮分别为0.42 g/kg、0.26 g/kg和137.80 mg/kg,有机质含量为26.69 g/kg;细菌与真菌多样性指数分别为0.0065和0.1731,细菌与真菌数量分别为7.40×10^6 CFU/g和4.02×10^4 CFU/g;鲜切花总产量和A、B级花比例最高,分别为2058枝/10.5 m^2和38%;渗水深度增大,≥28 cm。复合微生物菌剂与有机肥配合施用能活化被土壤固化的养分,有效促进养分转化,调节土壤酸碱性,提高肥料利用率,提高玫瑰鲜切花的产量及品质。 The effects of self-made compound microbial agent on yield and quality of cut rose and improvement of secondary salinization soil are studied by a cultivation test in a greenhouse to provide the scientific basis for application of compound microbial agent in improvement of greenhouse soil secondary salinization.Result:The pH,electric conductivity,available potassium,available phosphorus,available nitrogen and organic matter of the soil applied with 80 L compound microbial agent/667m^2+1000 kg organic manure/667m^2+80%conventional fertilization amount are 6.92,0.88 ms/cm,0.42 g/kg,0.26 g/kg,137.80 mg/kg and 26.69 g/kg respectively.The diversity index of bacteria and fungi of the soil applied with 80 L compound microbial agent/667m^2+1000 kg organic manure/667m^2+80%conventional fertilization amount is 0.0065 and 0.1731 and the quantity of bacteria and fungi is 7.40×10^6 CFU/g and 4.02×10^4 CFU/g respectively.Total fresh cut rose yield and percentage of cut rose with A/B grade produced from the soil applied with 80 L compound microbial agent/667m^2+1000 kg organic manure/667m^2+80%conventional fertilization amount can reach 2058/10.5 m^2 and 38%separately.The water seepage depth of the soil applied with 80 L compound microbial agent/667m^2+1000 kg organic manure/667m^2+80%conventional fertilization amount is≥28 cm.The combination application of compound microbial agent and organic manure can increase yield and quality of fresh cut rose by activating fixed nutrients in soil,effectively promoting nutrient transformation,regulating soil acid-base property and improving fertilizer use efficiency.
