2017-2018年贵州省精准扶贫措施实施效果

Implement Effect of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Measures in Guizhou Province from 2017 to 2018

为更好地推进扶贫工作提供参考,对贵州12个乡镇188户建档立卡对象进行走访调研,利用层次分析法和模糊评价模型构建评估模型,分析个人扶贫措施能力、人居环境、经济发展、社会发展4个方面对贵州省2017-2018年精准扶贫措施的实施效果。结果表明:贵州省扶贫工作在人居环境方面有较好的效果,在社会保障方面取得很好的评价,在促进贫困对象个人能力和经济发展水平方面还需持续努力。

The implement effect of targeted poverty alleviation measures during 2017-2018 is analyzed by the evaluation model built from AHP and fuzzy evaluation model from four aspects of individual poverty alleviation measure capacity,human settlement,economic development and social development based on investigation and interview of 188 farmer households,12 villages and towns to provide a reference for preferably promoting anti-poverty project in Guizhou.Result:There is the better effect in human settlement and high evaluation score in social security.More sustainable efforts are needed to promote economic development and individual capacity of the poverty farmers in Guizhou.
