基于专利价值度视角的光纤激光器产业竞争态势分析

Patent Competitive Intelligence Analysis of Fiber Laser Industry from the Perspective of Patent Value

以光纤激光器产业为研究对象,基于专利统计和计量分析方法,对光纤激光器产业技术竞争态势进行了实证分析。将专利价值引入分析模型,构建一种基于GEPV新的专利竞争情报分析模型,并分别从时间—专利价值、区域—专利价值、申请人—专利价值以及技术—专利价值四个关联维度对光纤激光器产业的技术竞争态势进行了分析。结果表明,GEPV分析模型可以从高价值专利角度开展光纤激光器产业专利竞争情报分析,为专利分析方法提供了一种新视角,通过时间、区域、申请人及技术与专利价值进行关联分析,可以更加深度地甄别光纤激光器产业核心竞争对手及潜在竞争对手及其技术构成布局情况,从而更有针对性地为我国光纤激光器产业提出发展路径和专利布局策略。

Taking the fiber laser industry as the research object,this paper is mainly about the patent competitive intelligence analysis in fiber laser industry using patent statistics and patent measurement analysis method.Based on the patent value orientation,the patent value dimension is introduced into the analysis model,and a new patent competitive intelligence analysis model––GEPV(G stands for integrated industry;E stands for patent owner;P stands for technology itself;V stands for patent value)was built.The technical competition situation in fiber laser industry was analyzed and suggestions were provided for the technological innovation and development of China's expensive fiber laser industry.The results show that analysis of patent competition intelligence in the fiber laser industry from the perspective of high-value patents can be fully achieved by GEPV model,which also provides a new perspective for patent analysis methods.Through researches on time,region,applicant and technology and patent value,core competitors and potential competitors and their patent layout can be more deeply identified.Therefore,it is more correct to propose the industrial development path and patent layout strategy for China's fiber lasers.
