摘要
本文从专利分析角度,对中国石化、Honeywell UOP、Neste Oil三家国内外重要的生物燃料开发商所涉及加氢脱氧技术的专利保护情况进行分析,包括简要分析加氢脱氧技术的专利申请年趋势分布,重点剖析重要专利技术布局。分析结果表明:涉及生物燃料加氢脱氧技术的国内专利第一大申请人的中国石化,重点利用催化剂级配技术来解决催化床层温度控制问题,该部分专利申请就占其加氢脱氧制生物燃料专利申请总量的50.8%,具体工艺包括采用不同活性组分的催化剂级配、相同活性组分的催化剂的含量级配以及与催化剂床层温度控制相结合的方式。作为重要国外专利申请人,UOP公司在生物燃料制备加氢脱氧技术中,对氢耗的控制和热解油的脱氧问题的贡献尤为突出;Neste针对原料范围的扩展开发了大量关于进料的选择处理技术,包括通过增加进料分子量、改变进料分子结构、引入稀释剂/硫化剂、纯化原料等方式,以降低油脂原料对产品质量或催化剂的影响。
This paper analyzes the patent protection of hydrodeoxidation technology involved by Sinopec,Honeywell UOP and Neste Oil,three important domestic and foreign biofuel developers,from the perspective of patent analysis,included in briefly analyzing the patent application annual trend and emphasizing on the important patent technology layout.The results of analysis indicate that Sinopec,which is the first applicant of domestic patent for hydrodeoxidation technology of biofuel,mainly uses catalyst gradation technology to solve the problem of temperature control of catalytic bed.These patent applications accounted for 50.8%of the total number of hydrodeoxidized biofuel patent applications.The specific process includes catalyst gradation with different active components,content gradation with the same active component,and combination with temperature control of catalyst bed.As important foreign patent applicants,UOP's contribution to the control of hydrogen consumption and deoxidation of pyrolysis oil is particularly prominent.Neste has developed a large number of feed selection and processing technologies for the expansion of the range of raw materials,include in increasing the molecular weight of the feed,changing the molecular structure of the feed,introducing diluent/vulcanizing agent,purifying the raw material to reduce the influence of the oil raw material on the product quality or the catalyst.
