摘要
开关磁阻电机(Switched Reluctance Motor,SRM)在运行时会产生振动及噪声,这是因为在SRM运行过程中产生的径向力引起定子变形,从而产生振动和噪声。通过Maxwell对SRM进行电磁瞬态分析,将得到的电磁径向力耦合到ANSYS WORKBENCH平台,通过谐响应分析其受力后的振动频率,同时对电机定子进行模态分析,得出定子的固有频率,从而在设计上避免振动频率与固有频率一致产生的共振问题。
Switched Reluctance Motors(SRM)generate vibration and noise during operation because the radial forces generated during SRM operation cause the stator to deform,creating vibration and noise.The electromagnetic transient analysis of the SRM is performed by Maxwell,and the obtained electromagnetic radial force is coupled to the ANSYS WORKBENCH platform,and the vibration frequency after the force is analyzed by the harmonic response.At the same time,the modal analysis of the stator of the motor is carried out,and the natural frequency of the stator is obtained,so that the resonance problem caused by the vibration frequency and the natural frequency is avoided in design.
