摘要
目的:探讨小视频健康教育模式对孕妇心理状态及妊娠结局的影响。方法:将我院400名孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组孕妇给予常规健康教育模式干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予小视频健康教育模式干预。对比2组孕妇干预前和干预3个月后的心理状态、分娩方式、各个产程时间、产后出血量、母乳喂养率、1min新生儿Apgar评分。结果:干预3个月后,2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均有所下降,观察组显著低于对照组;观察组顺产率明显高于对照组;并且观察组的各产程时间比对照组的短;观察组孕妇平均产后出血量(141.56±12.13)mL明显少于对照组(214.87±36.21)mL;观察组1min新生儿Apgar评分平均(8.12±2.13)分高于对照组(6.46±0.94)分;观察组母乳喂养率(97.00%)显著高于对照组(79.5%)。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小视频健康教育模式可有效缓解初产妇焦虑、抑郁症状,对指导孕妇的妊娠结局具有重要意义,值得临床推广。
[Objective]To explore the effect of small video health education model on the psychological state and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women.[Method]400 pregnant women in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,The pregnant women in the control group were given a routine health education model intervention,and the observation group was given a short-video health education model intervention based on the control group.Comparing the two groups of pregnant women delivery mode,each birth duration,postpartum blood loss,breastfeeding rate,newborn Apgar score of one minute newborn.[Result]After 3 months of intervention,SAS and SDS scores in both groups were reduced,the observation group was significantly lower than control group.the natural birth rate in the observation group was significantly higher than control group.During the labor process,compared with the control group,the observation group spent less time in the stage of labor.The postpartum bleeding volume of pregnant women in the observation group(141.56±12.13)ml was significantly lower than that in the control group(214.87±36.21)ml.The Apgar score of 1min newborns in the observation group(8.12±2.13)was higher than that in the control group(6.46±0.94).The breast feeding rate of the observation group(97.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.5%).[Conclusion]The short-video health education model can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression symptoms of primipara,which is of great significance to guide the pregnant women's pregnancy outcome,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
