摘要 表观遗传学是研究DNA序列不发生变化(即基因结构不发生变化)而表达发生变化的学科。表观遗传常见的修饰有DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA等。与经典遗传学中碱基序列异常相对应,异常的表观遗传学修饰可能会与各种疾病相关。近年来,急性肺损伤(ALI)的表观遗传学研究表明,多种表观遗传修饰参与了ALI的发病机制,而一些表观遗传抑制剂的使用可以缓解ALI的病情。另外,非编码RNA也具有成为临床ALI生物标志物的潜力。 Epigenetics is a subject to investigate changes in gene expression which are not involved in DNA sequence or structure.Epigenetics-related changes include DNA methylation,histone modification,non-coding RNA and so on. Corresponding to the abnormal base sequence in classical genetics,abnormal epigenetic modification may be associated with various diseases.Recent researches in epigenetic studies of acute lung injury(ALI) indicate that various epigenetic modifications are involved in the pathogenesis,and the use of epigenetic inhibitors can alleviate the condition.Besides,non-coding RNA also has the potential to be a biomarker of ALI.
