摘要 转运RNA(tRNA)是一类广泛存在于生物体内,在肽链合成中负责氨基酸转运的非编码小RNA分子。tRNA不仅是简单的翻译原件,还在胁迫信号转导和自适性翻译中发挥着核心作用。tRNA及其相关片段具有许多生物学功能,既可以在应激反应中作为信号分子,又可以作为基因表达的调节者,与人类疾病密切相关,特别是在肿瘤发生、发展中发挥着重要的调控作用。tRNA为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供了新思路,有望成为疾病诊断的新型标志物。 Transfer RNA(tRNA) is a kind of non-coding small RNA molecule responsible for amino acid transfer in peptide chain synthesis,widely existing in organisms.tRNA not only is a simple adaptor molecule of translation, but also plays a central role in stress signal transduction and adaptive translation. tRNA and its related fragments have many biological functions closely related to human diseases,as signaling molecules in stress responsesor regulators of gene expression, especially as important regulators in the development of tumorigenesis.tRNA provides a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors,and is expected to become a new marker of disease diagnosis.
