射频消融去肾交感神经术治疗难治性高血压的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 难治性高血压会导致心血管事件风险显著增加,有较高的致残率和致死率,是常见的心脑血管意外的原因之一,严重影响人们的生活质量及寿命。目前难治性高血压的治疗策略主要基于药物治疗和生活方式干预。肾交感神经系统在难治性高血压的发病机制中发挥重要作用,而基于导管的肾交感神经射频消融术(RDN)为难治性高血压的治疗提供了一种新途径。近年来,多个临床研究在国内外相继开展,已取得了初步成果,但因降压效果及安全性等方面尚存在一定争议,使得RDN未在临床广泛开展。 Refractory hypertension is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular events,with higher disability and mortality rate,and serious impact on people′s quality of life and lifespan.Current treatment strategies are based primarily on drug therapy and lifestyle intervention.Renal sympathetic nerve system plays an important role in the pathogenesis of refractory hypertension,and radiofrequency catheter-based renal sympathetic nerve ablation provides a new way for refractory hypertension.In recent years,a number of clinical studies have been carried out,both in and outside China,and preliminary results have been achieved.However,there are still some controversies about the antihypertensive effect and safety,which makes the approach not widely applied in clinical practice.
