不同潜伏期体感诱发电位在中枢神经系统疾病的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目前临床诱发电位学以评价脑功能状态的灵敏度及特异度高于CT、磁共振成像(MRI)的特点应用于临床,尤其是体感诱发电位技术应用广泛。短潜伏期和中长潜伏期体感诱发电位对脊髓、脑干、丘脑及大脑的功能状态评判有特定意义,对疾病的诊断及预后评判有较高的敏感性及准确性。因此,通过研究不同潜伏期体感诱发电位在中枢神经系统疾病的应用特点,了解体感诱发电位与CT、MRI等检测手段结合的必要性,使中枢神经系统的形态学与功能学相互促进,将为周围神经病变、脊髓病变、脑血管病等疾病的诊断提供依据及客观评价。 At present,clinical evoked potentials are applied clinically,especially somatosensory evoked potentials, because of their higher sensitivity and specificity than CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in evaluating brain functional states.Short latency and medium-long latency somatosensory evoked potentials have particular significance to the evaluation of functional states of spinal cord,brainstem,thalamus and brain,which have higher sensitivity and accuracy in disease diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.Therefore,studying the application characteristics of different latency somatosensory evoked potentials in central nervous system diseases,and understanding the necessity of combining sensory evoked potentials with CT,MRI and other detection methods,can bring out the best in the morphology and function examination of central nervous system,to provide basis and objective evaluation for the diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy,myelopathy,and cerebrovascular disease etc.
