摘要 斑马鱼是一种脊椎动物有机体,因具有保守的造血过程和独特的实验优势,尤其适合用于研究人类白血病。目前,研究斑马鱼的最新技术包括转基因技术、基因组编辑技术和移植技术,通过这些技术现已构建了许多白血病模型。斑马鱼的通体透明与先进的谱系追踪和成像技术相结合,揭示了白血病发生、发展的许多细节。凭借这些优势,斑马鱼成为白血病研究中具有独特优势的模式生物之一,此外,基于斑马鱼的高通量药物筛选的进步有望加速新型白血病疗法的开发。 The zebrafish is a vertebrate organism with a conserved hematopoietic program and unique experimental strengths suiting it for the investigation of human leukemia.Recent technological advances in zebrafish research including efficient transgenesis,precise genome editing,and straightforward transplantation techniques have led to the generation of a number of leukemia models.The transparency of the zebrafish when coupled with improved lineage-tracing and imaging techniques has revealed exquisite details of leukemic initiation and progression.With these advantages,the zebrafish represents a unique experimental system for leukemic research and additionally,advances in zebrafish-based high-throughput drug screening promise to hasten the development of novel leukemia therapeutics.
