摘要 腰椎椎体间融合术(LIF)是治疗退行性腰椎疾病的一种安全有效的治疗方式。与单纯椎管减压手术相比,LIF不仅可实现对神经根的减压和对腰椎前凸的恢复,还能实现腰椎畸形的矫正。LIF具有很好的安全性和有效性,从而得到了患者及医师的认可,在临床中得到广泛应用。目前,LIF的手术入路主要包括前路、后路、椎间孔入路、斜方入路和侧方入路。每一种入路方式均有各自的优点及局限性,因此选择一种最佳的入路方式,成为临床工作和研究的重点。 Lumbar interbody fusion(LIF) is a safe and effective treatment for degenerative lumbar disease.Compared with the simple spinal canal decompression surgery,LIF can not only reduce the nerve root pressure and restore the lumbar lordosis,but also correct the lumbar deformity.Because LIF has good safety and effectiveness,it has been recognized by both patients and doctors,and has been widely used in clinical practice.At present,the surgical approaches for LIF include:anterior,posterior,transforaminal,oblique and lateral approach.Each surgical approach has its own advantages and limitations,therefore,choosing an optimal approach is the focus of the clinical work and future research.
