线性引水工程的特性、难点及管理研究

Study on the Management of Linear Water Diversion Project

以四川省都江堰灌区毗河供水一期工程新生灌区为例,对工程的特性、难点进行了阐述和分析,提出了相应的解决措施,达到了提升管理效能的目的。通过对线性工程的管理思考,为今后线性引水工程的管理积累了宝贵的经验。

Taking the Xinsheng irrigation area of the Phase Ⅰ Pihe Water Supply Project in Dujiangyan irrigation area of Sichuan Province as an example,the characteristics and difficulties of the project are described and analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward to improve the management efficiency.Through the management thinking of linear engineering,valuable experience has been accumulated for the management of linear water diversion project in the future.
