大跨度现浇箱梁支撑体系的设计与施工

摘要 通江县环高明湖经济带建设项目纬十三路45 m跨度箱梁采用现浇方案施工,其支撑体系的设计、施工是保证方案顺利实施的关键。介绍了根据危险性较大的分部分项工程安全管理规定进行专项方案编制、专家论证、报审并组织实施的过程,最终安全顺利地完成了箱梁现浇施工。对施工方案中的支撑体系从地基处理、支架设计、搭设、预压、预拱度及拆除等方面进行了较为系统的阐述,可为类似工程支撑体系设计借鉴。 The 45 m span box girder at Wei 13 road of Economic Belt around Gaoming Lake in Tongjiang County is constructed by cast-in-place method.The design and construction of its support system are the key processes to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme.This paper introduces the process of special scheme preparation,expert argumentation,approval and implementation according to the safety management regulations of divisional and subdivisional works with high risk,and finally completes the cast-in-place construction of box girder safely and smoothly.The supporting system in the construction scheme is systematically described from the aspects of foundation treatment,support design,erection,preloading,camber and demolition,which can provide reference for the design of similar engineering supporting system.
