山区市政道路预制梁场选址与规划设计研究

Study on Site Selection and Planning Design of Precast Beam Yard for Municipal Road in Mountainous Area

在市政道路建设中,桥梁工程基本为控制性工程,其预制梁一般采用现场施工制作。预制梁场的合理选址与规划已成为桥梁工程建设者们必须解决的重难点问题之一。结合通江县环高明湖经济带建设PPP项目在山区市政道路预制梁场建设中具有代表性的选址与规划设计方案,综合论述了预制梁场的选址原则、选址影响因素、梁场布置规划方案的设计过程,归纳并总结出一些要点,可为类似的预制梁场选址提供借鉴。

In the municipal road construction engineering,the bridge engineering is basically a control engineering,and its precast beams are generally manufactured on site.Reasonable location and planning of precast beam yard has become one of the most important and difficult problems that bridge builders must solve.Combined with the representative site selection and planning design scheme for the construction of precast beam yard of municipal roads in mountainous area at PPP project of Economic Belt around Gaoming Lake in Tongjiang County,this paper comprehensively discusses the site selection principle,site selection influencing factors,design process of beam yard layout planning scheme,summarizes and concludes some key points,which can provide reference for similar site selection of precast beam yard.
