摘要
随着电力体制改革的深入推进,“市场在资源配置中起决定作用”在电力市场逐步体现。四川作为水电大省,区域电力市场“供大于求”矛盾突出,水电市场化、商品化程度高,市场竞争激烈。水电企业市场营销工作的时效性,将直接影响企业的经营效果。本文从四川电力市场现状着手,梳理水电企业市场营销面临的内外矛盾,在此基础上对新形势下水电企业市场营销管理、营销策略提出针对性应对建议。
With the deepening of power system reform,"market plays a decisive role in resource allocation"is gradually reflected in the power market.As a large province of hydropower,the contradiction of"supply exceeds demand"in the regional power market is prominent,the degree of marketization and commercialization of hydropower is high,and the market competition is fierce.The timeliness of the marketing work of hydropower enterprises will directly affect the operation effect of the enterprises.Starting from the current situation of Sichuan power market,this paper combs the internal and external contradictions of marketing faced by the hydropower enterprises,and on this basis puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the marketing management and marketing strategies of hydropower enterprises in the new situation.
