不同光学印模制作数字化种植导板精度评估

摘要 目的比较直接光学印模和间接光学印模制作数字化种植导板在口腔种植中的精度差异。方法选取2017年~2018年我院牙列缺损要求行种植牙修复的患者,共60例,随机分成两组,观察组利用直接光学印模制作种植导板进行手术(30例),对照组利用石膏模型(间接光学印模)制作种植导板进行手术(30例),比较两组种植体植入的精确性。结果观察组种植体植入位置与术前设计的颈部,顶部,长轴角度及深度的偏差值小于照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种光学印模制作的数字化种植导板精度无显著差异,均在临床可接受范围内。 Objective To compare the accuracy between direct optical impression and indirect optical impression in implant.Method 60 patients with defect of dentition during 2017-2018 were collected to be divided into two groups randomly.In the experimental group,the implanting guide plate was made by optical impression directly(30 cases).In the control group,plaster cast(indirect optical impression)was used to make implanting guide plate(30 cases).The accuracy of implant placement was compared between the two groups.Result Compared to the preoperative design,in the neck,top,long axis angle and depth of the implant,the deviation of the implant position of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group.But there was no significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of the implanting guide plate made by the two kinds of optical impression seemed no different,which was acceptable in clinic.
