摘要 数控机床属于计算机集成制造和柔性制造的基础,在现代制造装备业中具有重要的作用。但是因为种类及结构较为复杂,所以故障具有隐蔽性及复杂性的特点。如果数控机床发生故障,就会对故障装备制造业造成一定的损失。所以,快速、提前、精准的解决数控机床中的故障诊断问题对于企业发展来说具有重要的现实意义。基于此,本文对神经网络训练算法在数控机床故障诊断中的使用进行分析,使故障诊断效率及精准度得到提高。 CNC machine tools are the basis of computer integrated manufacturing and flexible manufacturing,and play an important role in modern manufacturing equipment industry.However,the fault has the characteristics of concealment and complexity because of the complexity of the type and structure.If the NC machine tool breaks down,it will cause certain loss to the faulty equipment manufacturing industry.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to solve the problem of fault diagnosis in NC machine tools quickly,ahead and accurately.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application of neural network training algorithm in NC machine tool fault diagnosis,and improves the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis.
