摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定电子烟雾化液中甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛和2,3-丁二酮含量的方法。样品经2,4-二硝基苯肼溶液衍生后,用高效液相色谱对衍生物进行定性和定量检测,分析时间仅需要15 min。甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛线性范围为0.012~75μg/mL,2,3-丁二酮的线性范围为0.024~30μg/mL,线性相关系数r均大于0.99,甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛和2,3-丁二酮含量最低检出限分别为0.339、0.353、0.344和0.149 mg/kg(S/N=3),定量限分别为1.13、1.18、1.17和0.496 mg/kg(S/N=10)。高、中、低3个浓度水平的加标回收率在84.4%~94.2%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于5%。该方法前处理简单,分析时间短,适用于电子烟雾化液中4种醛酮类污染物的含量测定。
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,acrolein and 2,3-butanedione in electronic cigarette smoke solution was established.The derivatives obtained after the samples reacting with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazide solution were qualitatively and quantitatively detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The analytical time was only 15 minutes.The linear ranges of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and acrolein were 0.012-75μg/mL,the linear range of 2,3-succinedione was 0.024-30μg/mL,the linear correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.99.The detection limits of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,acrolein and 2,3-butanedione were 0.339、0.353、0.344 and 0.149 mg/kg(S/N=3),respectively.The quantitative limits were 1.13,1.18,1.17 and 0.496 mg/kg(S/N=10),respectively.the average recoveries at three spiked levels ranged from 84.4%to 94.2%with the relative standard deviation(n=6)less than 5%.This method is simple and reliable,which could be used for analysis of the contents of 4 pollutants in electronic cigarette smoke solution.
