摘要
叶轮时序效应对于旋转机械的振动性能有着重要的影响。以实验测试研究了叶轮时序效应对一台五级离心泵振动特性的影响。采用正交设计方法设计了8个实验方案,在多级泵5个不同位置进行振动特性的测量,包括进口轴向、进口出口的水平和垂直方向。结果表明,时序效应对多级泵水平方向上振动的影响大于垂直方向上振动的影响,所有测点的振动谐频都位于1×fn、2×fn、3×fn和4×fn。叶轮时序效应对每个谐频幅值都存在重要的影响,在不同的方案下,1×fn、2×fn、3×fn和4×fn上幅值的最大变化可达17.7%、10.0%、33.2%和47.4%。对比各方案,发现调整第二和第三泵级叶轮的时序位置,可以获得较好的整泵振动特性。
Impeller timing effect has an important influence on vibration performance of rotating machineries.Here,effects of impeller timing on vibration characteristics of a five-stage centrifugal pump were investigated with tests.8 test schemes were designed with the orthogonal design method,Vibration characteristics measurements were done at 5 different positions of the pump including its inlet axial direction,horizontal and vertical directions of its inlet and outlet.The test results showed that the influence of impeller timing effect on the pump’s vibration in horizontal direction is bigger than that in vertical direction,all measured points’resonance frequencies are at 1×fn,2×fn,3×fn and 4×fn;impeller timing effect affects all resonant amplitudes significantly,the maximum variations of resonant amplitudes at 1×fn,2×fn,3×fn and 4×fn under different test schemes are 17.7%,10.0%,33.2%and 47.4%,respectively;comparing the results of 5 test schemes reveals adjusting timing positions of the 2nd and 3rd stage impellers of the pump can obtain better vibration characteristics of the whole pump.
