针刺结合整脊手法治疗颈源性耳鸣临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of acupuncture combined with chiropractic manipulation in the treatment of cervical tinnitus

目的分析针刺结合整脊手法治疗颈源性耳鸣的效果。方法选择我院于2018年1月至2019年5月收治的84例颈源性耳鸣患者为研究对象,以治疗方法为分组依据,分成对照组、结合组。给予两组针刺治疗、针刺结合整脊手法治疗。对比疗效、症状改善时间及生活质量状况。结果结合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结合组听力改善时间及眩晕改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结合组治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论颈源性耳鸣治疗中,针刺结合整脊手法治疗的应用,可快速改善患者的症状及生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with chiropractic manipulation on cervical tinnitus.Methods 84 patients with cervical tinnitus who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and combination group according to the treatment methods.The two groups were treated with acupuncture,acupuncture and chiropractic manipulation.The curative effect,improvement time of symptoms and quality of life were compared.Results The total effective rate o£the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of hearing and vertigo in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the combined group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with chiropractic manipulation can improve the symptoms and quality o£life of patients with cervical tinrdtus.
