老年性耳聋患者佩戴助听器后实际交流能力评估方法研究进展

Advances in evaluation methods of actual communication ability in presbycusis patients after wearing hearing aids

老年性耳聋患者以言语识别及实际交流能力减退为突出表现,不仅会严重影响生活质量,导致与人沟通障碍,还是老年性痴呆症的诱因之一。佩戴助听器是对老年听力障碍患者进行听力干预和康复的最佳手段,也是改善老年听力障碍患者交流障碍的主要方法。而助听器效果评估最直接的办法就是通过言语测听来评估实际交流能力的改善状况。如何选择快捷高效的评估方法是临床验配工作的首要任务。本文介绍了几种实际交流能力评估方法,以期为临床老年性耳聋患者佩戴助听器后实际交流能力评估工作提供参考。

Presbycusis patients with with speech recognition and actual communication ability decline are prominent performances,which will not only seriously affect the quality of life,but also cause communication difficulties with people,or one of the causes of Alzheimer's disease.Wearing a hearing aid is the most effective means of hearing intervention and rehabilitation for the elderly with hearing impairment,and it is also the main way to improve the hearing communication disorder in elderly patients with hearing impairment.The most direct way to evaluate the effectiveness of hearing aids is to assess the improvement of actual communication skills through speech and audiometry.How to choose a fast and effective evaluation method becomes the primary problem in clinical fit ting work.This paper introduces several practical communication ability assessment methods,in order to provide reference for the actual communication ability evaluation of patients with clinical senile deafness after wearing hearing aids.
