目的探究调中致和法治疗脾虚窍闭型中耳疾病的临床疗效。方法通过相关文献查阅及临床观察学习过程,总结孙永东教授学术思想。结果调中致和法治疗中耳疾病疗效显著,更可调护脾胃,促进疾病康复,调中开窍方疗效确切,且是安全有效的中药汤剂。结论调中致和法治疗脾虚窍闭型中耳疾病疗效肯定,值得进一步研究其机制机理。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tiaozhongzhihe in the treatment of middle ear disease of spleen deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis.Methods Through the related literature review and clinical observation learning process,summarize Professor Yongdong Sun's academic thoughts.Results Tiaozhongzhihe therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of middle ear disease.It can also protect the spleen and stomach and promote the rehabilitation of the disease.It is a safe and effective Chinese medicine decoction.Conclusion The efficacy of Tiaozhongzhihe in the treatment of spleen-deficiency and middle-ear disease is affirmative,and it is worthy to further study its mechanism.
