酰胺类化合物提取低温煤焦油酚类物质研究 被引量:2

Separation of Phenol from Tar of Lignite Low Temperature Pyrolysis Via Liquid-liquid Extraction Using Amide Compounds

摘要 利用烟酰胺(NA),在30℃,反应时间30 min,胺酚物质的量比为0.1时,酚类物质提取效率可达到93.28%。酰胺(AM)与苯酚之间通过氢键作用结合形成不溶于芳烃的深共晶溶剂(DES),从而实现苯酚的有效分离。AM与苯酚之间形成的氢键种类和数量越多,氢键强度越大,其分离苯酚的效率越高。回收AM提取剂,循环10次后,酰胺类提取剂NA的提取效率依然达到90%以上,NA的回收效率为92.35%,具有良好的循环利用性能。 NA was the most efficient extractants for phenol from the modal oil as extractants.The optimum extraction condition was resulted to be 30℃ and 30 min.93.28% phenol was extracted by NA at amino/phenol molar ratio of 0.1.The deep eutectic solvent(DES)was generated by hydrogen bonding interaction of amide(AM)and phenol.The greater of strength,type and amount of H-bond,the higher extraction efficiencies could be obtained.Excellent recycling performance and high extraction efficiency was exhibited in the whole procedure.Based on the above experimental results,a separation process was proposed.
