玉米芯来源低聚木糖的脱色工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用大孔离子交换树脂,活性炭、白土等吸附剂对低聚木糖粗糖液进行进行静态吸附,考察其脱色效果,D941树脂对低聚木糖粗糖液脱色效果较好,D941的最佳脱色工艺条件为:脱色温度40℃,脱色时间60 min,pH值为5.0。在此优化条件下,低聚木糖溶液的脱色率为65.21%,低聚木糖损失率为9.53%。 In this paper,crude xylo-oligosaccharide solution was static adsorbed by resin,activated carbon,clay and other adsorbents,and its decolorization effect was investigated.D941 resin had better decolorization effect on xylo-oligosaccharide crude sugar solution.The optimum decolorization conditions of D941 were:decolorization temperature 40 C,decolorization time 60 min,pH 5.0.Under these optimum conditions,the decolorization rate of xylo-oligosaccharide solution was 65.21%.The loss rate of xylooligosaccharide was 9.53%.
