摘要
酚类化合物是一类典型的工业污染物,酚类化合物已经被列入全国农用地污染状况详查的检测项目,因此酚类化合物的污染也越来越受到人们的关注。我公司为了开展全国农用地污染状况详查项目对酚类化合物的测定进行了研究,本方法利用加速溶剂萃取和酸碱净化测定土壤中20种酚类化合物,气相色谱法检测。本方法中酚类化合物的检出限为0.01~0.03 mg/kg,加标回收率在53.8%~97.7%之间,相对标准偏差RSD<10%(n=6)。
Phenolic compounds are a kind of typical industrial pollutants,phenolic compounds have been included in the national agricultural land pollution status of detailed inspection of detection items,therefore,the pollution of phenolic compounds has attracted more and more attention.Our company studied the determination of phenolic compounds in order to carry out the project of detailed investigation on the pollution situation of agricultural land in China.This method used accelerated solvent extraction and acid-base purification to determine 20 phenolic compounds in soil and detected them by gas chromatography.In this method,the detection limit of phenolic compounds was 0.01~0.03 mg/kg,the standard recovery was 53.8%~97.7%,RSD<10%(n=6).
