离子色谱法快速测定土壤中氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮和硝酸盐氮的方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 建立了土壤中氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮和硝酸盐氮的离子色谱法快速检测分析方法,优化了标准检测方法。土壤经称量、浸提、振荡,过0.22μm的过滤头后,进样分析。采用Ion Pac CS12A阳离子和Ion Pac AS19阴离子色谱柱,选用CaCl 2提取液对土壤中氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮和硝酸盐氮进行优化,待测物在0.0~5.0μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数在0.9995以上,方法检出限为0.004~0.007 mg/kg,样品回收率为95.0%~99.0%,变异系数为0.71%~4.82%。说明方法的灵敏度高,重复性良好,为快速准确批量检测土壤样品提供了可靠的技术支撑。 A rapid method for the determination of ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in soil by ion chromatography was established,and the standard method was optimized.After weighing,extracting,shaking,and passing through 0.22μm filter head,the soil is injected for analysis.Ion Pac CS12A cation and Ion Pac AS19 anion chromatographic column were used to optimize the ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in soil with CaCl2 extract.The linear relationship of the tested substance was good in the concentration range of 0.0~5.0μg/mL,the linear correlation coefficient was above 0.9995,the detection limit of the method was 0.004~0.007 mg/kg,the recovery rate of the sample was 95.0%~99.0%,and the coefficient of variation was 0.71%~4.82%.The method has high sensitivity and good repeatability,which provides a reliable technical support for rapid and accurate batch detection of soil samples.
