转型背景下，地方高校环境工程专业改革的探索与实践——以吉林师范大学环境工程专业为例

Exploration and Practice of the Reform of Environmental Engineering Specialty in Local Universities in the Background of Transformation——Take the Environmental Engineering Major of Jilin Normal University as an Example

随着社会生态文明建设不断发展,环境工程专业应用型人才的需求不断增加,这对地方本科院校的人才培养提出了新的要求。本文从社会和企业需求出发,以吉林师范大学环境工程专业应用型人才培养为例,对专业的培养方案及人才培养体系、教学改革措施、教学资源建设、校企合作模式、教学质量保障等多个方面进行了探索与实践,旨在构建切实可行的特色鲜明的应用型环境工程专业人才培养模式。

With the continuous development of social ecological civilization construction,the demand for applied talents in environmental engineering is increasing,which puts new demands on the cultivation of talents in local colleges.Based on the needs of society and enterprises,this paper takes the training of applied talents in environmental engineering specialty of Jilin Normal University as an example,and provides professional training programs and personnel training systems,teaching reform measures,teaching resources construction,school-enterprise cooperation mode,and teaching quality guarantee.The exploration and practice have been carried out in order to construct a practical and distinctive application-oriented environmental engineering professional training model.
