山东省废铅蓄电池收集和转运体系建设的实践探索 被引量:3

摘要 为积极推动铅蓄电池生产企业落实生产者责任延伸制度,建立规范有序的废铅蓄电池收集转运体系,山东在全省范围内开展了废铅蓄电池收集和转运试点工作。通过对废铅蓄电池分级管理,建立暂时贮存-集中贮存-跨区域转运方式,并应用“互联网+”技术,基本建成了覆盖全省的废铅蓄电池回收转运体系,铅蓄电池生产企业回收废铅蓄电池量迅速增加,生产者责任延伸效果明显。 In order to actively promote lead-acid battery manufacturers to implement the extended producer responsibility system and establish a standardized and orderly collection and treatment system for used lead-acid batteries,Shandong Province has carried out a pilot project of lead-acid battery manufacturers collection and transportation system.Through the hierarchical management of used lead-acid batteries and the establishment of temporary storage-centralized storage-trans regional transport mode and the application of“Internet+”technology,Shandong has basically built a collection and transport system for used lead-acid batteries covering the whole province.The amount of used lead-acid batteries recovered by lead-acid battery manufacturers has increased rapidly.The effect of extension producer responsibility is obvious.
