摘要
以小麦秸秆制备的生物质炭为吸附剂,亚甲基蓝模拟印染废水,研究生物质炭加入量和改性生物质炭对其吸附性能的影响。结果显示,在50 mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液中,当生物质炭用量为4.0 g/L时,此时吸附效果最佳,溶液从蓝色变为无色,亚甲基蓝去除率为99.1%,另外经过硝酸改性后的生物质炭吸附效率明显提升,亚甲基蓝的吸附量从94.6 mg/g提高到146.3 mg/g。
Using biomass carbon prepared from wheat straw as adsorbent,methylene blue was used to simulate printing and dyeing wastewater.The results showed that in the 50 mg/L methylene blue solution,when the amount of biomass carbon was 4.0 g/L,the adsorption effect was the best.The solution changed from blue to colorless,and the removal rate of methylene blue was 99.1%.In addition,the adsorption efficiency of biomass carbon modified by nitric acid was significantly improved,and the adsorption capacity of methylene blue was increased from 94.6 mg/g to 146.3 mg/g.
