由于国内建设力量的日益加强,国内市场已趋于饱和,而在“一带一路”等国家战略全球化大潮的带动下,国内企业,特别大型建设单位的国际化EPC项目,已是我们国家海外油气、化工等主要发展方向。如何做好国际供货商的现场安装调试管理,已成为我们需要日益重点关注的部分。本文结合伊拉克米桑油田某工程实例,一家英国公司供货产品现场问题处理所得的经验教训,进行介绍。

Due to the increasing strength of domestic construction,the domestic market has become saturated.Driven by the tide of“One Belt And One Road”and other national strategic globalization,domestic enterprises,especially large construction units,have become the main development direction of our country's overseas oil and gas,chemical industry and other international EPC projects.How to do a good job in site installation and debugging management of international suppliers has become a part that we need to pay more and more attention to.This paper introduces the experience and lessons of a British company in dealing with the field problems of products in misan oilfield in Iraq.
