摘要
实验通过改进后的“Adler法”,以2-噻吩甲醛与吡咯为原料,合成了Meso-四噻吩基卟啉(TTP),利用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱分析对它进行结构表征。采用L 9(34)正交实验优化了投料比、溶剂量、反应时间和浓缩程度等条件对TTP收率的影响,确定了TTP的最优合成条件为投料比1:1.1,丙酸用量70 mL,反应时间50 min,浓缩丙酸剩余量30 mL,该反应条件下合成TTP收率为24.82%。考查了不同溶剂、水含量对TTP吸收光谱和发射光谱的影响,结果表明,TTP的基态受溶剂影响较小,其发光强度较弱;TTP是ACQ型分子。
Meso-tetrathienyl porphyrin(TTP)was synthesized by using the modified“Adler”method with 2-thiophenecarboxaldehyde and pyrrole as raw materials,and its structure was characterized by infrared spectrum,UV-visible spectrum and fluorescence spectrum analysis.L 9(34)orthogonal test was used to investigate TTP based on the feed ratio,solvent amount,reaction time and concentration.The optimal synthesis conditions were as follows:the feed ratio was 1:1.1,the propionic acid dosage was 70 mL,the reaction time was 50 min,and the remaining propionic acid was 30 mL,and the yield was 24.82%.The effects of different solvents and water contents on TTP absorption spectrum and emission spectrum were investigated.The results showed that the ground state of TTP was less affected by solvent and its luminescence intensity was weaker,TTP was ACQ type molecule.
