摘要
比较醇浸渍提取法、醇溶剂回流提取法、超声辅助醇提取法三种方法下夏枯草总黄酮的提取率,确定最佳提取方法,并通过单因素和正交实验法对超声辅助醇提取法的工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,三种方法的提取率分别为4.22%、5.34%、5.96%。经综合考虑,建议使用超声辅助醇提取法,其最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数为65%、提取时间为20 min、料液比为1:20,提取率为7.01%。该研究将为夏枯草总黄酮的提取及开发利用提供了理论依据。
The extraction yield of alcohol immersion extraction,alcohol solvent reflux extraction and ultrasonic assisted alcohol extraction of total flavonoids from Prunella Vulgaris L.was compared.The process conditions of ultrasonic assisted alcohol extraction were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 4.22%,5.34%and 5.96%by three methods above respectively.After comprehensive consideration,the ultrasonic assisted alcohol extraction method was recommended.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:The extraction solvent was 65%ethanol,extraction time was 20 min and solid-liquid ratio was 1:20(g/mL).The extraction rate of total flavonoids could reach 7.01%under the optimum extracting condition.This experiment provided a theoretical basis for the extraction and utilization of total flavonoids from Prunella Vulgaris L.
