摘要
采用干燥后比表面积为1600 m 2/g的活性炭纤维吸附乙酸己酯直至饱和,活性炭纤维对乙酸己酯的饱和吸附率为56%~66%。吸附饱和后的活性炭纤维放置于恒温氧化炉中进行阴燃实验,在低于活性炭纤维和乙酸己酯的燃点温度下,样品便会发生阴燃,阴燃质量损失率最多可以达到27.8%,多孔结构材料的催化效应使得燃点下行约10℃,吸附了乙酸己酯的活性炭纤维在进行脱附时应留有足够安全余量。
The activated carbon fiber with a specific surface area of 1600 m 2/g after drying was used to adsorb hexyl acetate until it was saturated.The saturated adsorption rate of activated carbon fiber to hexyl acetate was 56%~66%.The activated carbon fiber after adsorption saturation was placed in a constant temperature oxidation furnace for smoldering experiment.The samples smoldered under the ignition temperature lower than the activated carbon fiber and hexyl acetate.The smoldering mass loss rate can reach up to 27.8%,and the catalytic effect caused the ignition point of the porous structure material to go down about 10℃.The activated carbon fiber adsorbed with hexyl acetate should have a sufficient safety margin when desorbing.
